Had an excellent stay for our trip to Arnisa this winter! Check-in/check-out process was quick and easy, the front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful when we had questions, and the turndown service was impeccable. We did not opt for breakfast for our first few days, but wandered up one morning and were blown away by the number of options - definitely wishing we had taken advantage of that earlier. The location could not have been better for us, as it was our first time in the kasauli and we wanted to see as much as possible. Everything we wanted to visit - mall road , sunset point , monkey point , and of course church. The next time we visit kasauli, Hotel Arnisa will definitely be our first choice

Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable and heated in winters . I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Peaceful Location Roof top terrace , Yummy food , Complimentary breakfast with lots of variety , Prompt service , Spacious rooms luxury kohler fittings Clean property Helpful staff huge Ample parking Away from hustle bustle of cities , luxury felling , Above all let me feel that I am staying in a luxury hotel. Thanks to capt. Planning my long stay here with my parents. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in kasauli. The breakfast was to our expectation. The hotel is located in center of dharampur and kasauli even if one wishes to walk around. All the rooms are heated which is plus in winters and access by lift. Will definitely visit again
